Role Summary:
The position’s responsibility is to organize and deliver defined service to Customer. Listen to customers’ concerns, issues, and questions, resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability. Communicate issues and feedbacks with other departments/teams during Customer interaction or service delivery.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Own the working permit procedure and reporting requirements to ensure global mobility program needs are met working with internal and external partners as required.
- Coordinates with other departments such as Payroll, Finance, Legal, Admin (Accommodation), etc.
- Responsible to manage and address any inquires in the global mobility team mailbox.
- Responsible to oversee and manage all electronic files to ensure documentation maintained for global mobility population
- Responsible to review, oversee and manage monthly active list reporting for assignees, relocations , immigration expiry report and any other reporting
- Responsible to approve vendor billings as required and issue invoice out related with working permit
- Ensures all service delivered compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and company policies, procedures, and processes.
- Work permit handling, collect and verify documents, follow up and handle case with Union and Migrationsverket case officer until resolved.
- Support preliminary tax registration handling and follow up, SKV 1160 reporting, SINK application etc.
- ID06 card management, monitor card status and timely remind and follow up with Customer, of new and extension case, collect document, check and verify document submitted.
- Prepare service status/quality report for internal analysis and service improvement.
- Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions.
- Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability. Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
- Refer issues and questions to supervisors if necessary.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- University bachelor’s degree or similar.
- 3+ years of experience in a generalist role.
- Very good at Microsoft Excel and Word, good analytical skills, basic understanding of financial knowledge
- Preferred working permit experiences from a global/international organization
- Fluent in English and Swedish, Mandarin is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Labor law and Immigration law of European Union member states.
