We are currently seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst 4 to work in our IT department located in our Shoreview, MN office.
The Sr. Business Systems Analyst 4 serves as a senior, internal consultant and advisor between the client and technology group. Plans, conducts, and directs the analysis of complex, company-wide, business problems relating to systems. Provides strategic and technical guidance to identify, evaluate and develop systems or automated processes that span technology platforms and geographies resulting in significant impact to business operations. Applies knowledge of industry trends and technology to drive organizational change. Transforms strategic company architecture and design principles into specific systems requirement and specifications. Resolves issues and provides solutions that meet business requirement and are cost effective. Prepares specifications for system changes. Recommends and initiates system! s testing. Re-engineers technical processes and systems for gr! eater efficiencies with significant impact to business operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years experience of operating as a consultant and advisor to internal customers and the IT department
- Experience with providing strategic and technical guidance to identify, evaluate and develop systems and processes
- Proven expertise in system requirement definition, specifications, documentation and communication
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems or related field
- Experience working with a structured systems development methodology
- Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Must be available to work outside normal business hours on an emergency basis
- Experience with medical ins! urance claims process management and reimbursement.
- Experience with technologies which include, but are not limited to: transaction processing systems for reimbursement (Unidata, Oracle), business intelligence (SQL Server, OBIEE), document management (OnBase, LincWare), web services, EDI
- Working knowledge of medical device manufacturing or healthcare industry
- Track record of company longevity / loyalty (3+ years)
