Assistant Office Manager [Singapore]


 

Responsible for processing and ensuring office claims are managed timely and by policy terms and conditions and assisting with usual duties, registration, financial counselling, payment collection, and other administration duties. Develop and support our online sales team - liaise between different departments.


Business Office Management/ Business Development

  • Responsible for answering queries and providing end-to-end support in processing claim submissions
  • Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with the claim process
  • Monitor and follow up on pending claims' progress to assist with quick resolutions and proper closure.
  • Liaise with customers and take care of after-sales service
  • Support the sales team and develop potential sales online
  • To handle enquiries from internal and external parties within the agreed targeted turnaround time
  • Maintain accurate case records and all related communication
  • Any other duties or projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma/degree
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented at work with the accuracy of data entries into the system
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work independently
  • Proactive, Problem solver, Good Team Player
  • Willing to learn and adaptable to a working environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
