Perfexions PCR LLC., a reputable property management company, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Apartment Turnkey Painter to join our team. As an Apartment Turnkey Painter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of painting projects in our apartment complexes. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional with a passion for painting and delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare surfaces: Thoroughly inspect and prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching holes, and caulking, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
2. Painting application: Utilize various painting techniques, tools, and equipment to apply paint or other finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, and other surfaces in apartments.
3. Color matching: Select and mix paints to match existing colors and maintain consistency throughout the property.
4. Surface protection: Take necessary precautions to protect furniture, fixtures, and flooring from paint splatters or damage during the painting process.
5. Quality assurance: Ensure the completion of high-quality work by inspecting finished surfaces for flaws, touch-ups, or necessary corrections.
6. Time management: Efficiently manage your workload to meet project deadlines and prioritize tasks accordingly.
7. Safety compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of protective gear and proper handling of paints and chemicals.
8. Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate effectively with property management personnel to ensure minimal disruption to residents and efficient scheduling of painting projects.
9. Maintenance and cleaning: Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment, ensuring their proper functionality and longevity.
10. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of completed projects, materials used, and any additional notes relevant to the job.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a professional painter, preferably in the apartment or residential painting sector.
· Proficient knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and equipment.
· Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for color matching.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, depending on the project requirements.
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Solid understanding of safety procedures and guidelines related to painting.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and property management personnel.
Note: The starting salary for this position is $20 per hour, which will be increased to $30 per hour after a 90-day probationary period. Salary may vary based on experience and qualifications.
